It’s tempting to work with people who have knowledge and skills, and of course we do heavily rely on experts’ knowledge to move forward. However, if we want our team to go the distance, we must prioritise working with people who share our fundamental values and beliefs.

We believe in taking full ownership of our work, our judgements, and our decisions. It is a core expectation for every member of our team. When we make a judgment call, it must be grounded in our own beliefs and knowledge, not simply deferred or borrowed from someone else. We refuse to hide behind others. We pick up things that need doing, and we are fully accountable for the outcomes of those actions.

We avoid bureaucracy and strive to keep processes simple. This allows us to dedicate more time and energy to perfecting our product and service.
